Part of our mission is to contribute to God's Kingdom through serving in our church, community, and the world. We are aiming to meet the physical needs of people everywhere as well as their spiritual needs. This is done through our youth ministry in various ways. We encourage and equip our students to serve right here in our church in various ways (i.e. playing in our band, teach a Connect Group for a week, setup and breakdown team, help the Connect Leader with outreach to group members, serve in our after school program, help in VBS, greeters, etc.). We are now designing our Connect Groups so that each group can be challenged to serve the community around us in specific ways on a regular basis. We will also seek to provide mission opportunities around our country (i.e. Chicago) and the world. Every student will be challenged to serve God right now in life.
